What does that mean?
We are asking the courts to make a "summary judgement" on 2 key aspects of the case, which could reduce the amount of time we would spend at trial.

I was part of the home services franchise group for 16 years and they pulled their fake bankrupcy and destroyed the entire group. They were then super nice to say we could keep working but only as sub contractors but your franchises are garbage. They walked away with millions from the sale and got rid of all employees and commercial.lease obligations
