Just to prove our point, SEARS Canada sold it's distribution centers as well this year.

Wait for the dividend to be declared in Q4....

  1. Why spend money packaging multiple orders together when you can force hometown store owners handle all the orders for free? Or force them to pay someone to do it. Why maintain a competent call center when they can force store owners to deal with customer complaints for free? Why pay to fix a broken inventory system when you can force store owners to do more on paper for free?
In hometown stores they basically have a slave labor force to handle whatever work they create.

  2. And we the consumers are also victims of Sears' unethical business practices. It's all about maximizing their return. I've just been blatantly lied to by Sears and forced to sign a Release to get my own money back. NEVER EVER will I trust Sears. I wish you good luck in your class action.

  3. The Sears Home Furniture and Appliance stores have also been targeted. By the end of 2016 they will be only 28 left. Another profitable business down the drain and more lost jobs.

More pie for Eddie, and less for Canada.
