Here is one of the more interesting Exhibits provided by SEARS to support their latest affidavit. It explains the new commission structure, and clearly shows the disparity between what SEARS will gain and what the dealers will gain. Have a look and try to understand the numbers.

HA, HA, HA Sears thinks they win again. I wonder if their figures included the full line stores because the numbers don't even sound like hometown stores. Not to mention that they think every customer is going to use the Sears card. I wonder why they didn't include actual copies from the original contracts and the revised contracts. I guess that would have made them look back.
